SCHEDULE CHANGE

**NO CLASS AT OCEAN POINTE THIS THURSDAY, OCTOBER 29th**

Sarah broke her toe and will be out of commission for a few weeks.

Rosy will be taking over Thursdays at Ocean Pointe through November 19th (it then drops from the schedule due to the holidays). However, since Rosy is already scheduled to teach at CORP this Thursday, please go to CORP for your Thursday workout -- there will be no class at Ocean Pointe.

November & December Calendar/Holiday schedule

The calendar for November and December is UP!

Please note the following changes due to the Holidays.

CORP
No Saturday class after Thanksgiving

KAPOLEI
No Tuesday class after Thanksgiving to the New Year
(December 1st - December 29th)

OCEAN POINTE
There will be no Thursday classes after Thanksgiving to the New Year
(December 3rd - December 31st)

No class on Veterans Day -- Wednesday November 11th

No class on Wednesday, November 23rd

No class on Wednesday, December 23rd


ALL LOCATIONS
No Class on Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day

Bubble Play Group!

There will be a bubble play group after class this Friday at Kapolei.  Joni will have a few bubbles, but please bring bubbles for your kids to play with.

**July Schedule Update**

Some changes have been made to the July schedule.  Here are the high-lights:

~Thursday at Ocean Pointe is starting this week.

~Saturday classes have been added.

~ Jill has been added to the schedule again and she will be teaching more classes in the upcoming months.

July 4th Class

A special class is planned for Saturday, July 4th on the North Shore.  The last one in January was such a success, and so much fun!

Meet at the Sunset Beach Fire Station which is located in Pupukea (just past Waimea Bay). Parking is located in the lot beside the station across from Foodland.

Time: 9:00am

What to bring: towel, stroller, sunscreen and family!

US Mother's Day is Sunday May 10, 2009

 

• PLAYGROUPS in May will be held on Fridays at Kapolei
• White Plains Beach class Friday May 29th, please pair up with another mother to do a child swap on the beach and we can have surfing time after class
• Payment Due *May 8th for the month

March classes will focus on preparing for the 10K race in April.  Classes will be fun and intense!

Important dates to remember:

~7th - location class in Kailua

~13th - crazy fun day with prizes and playgroup

~21st - faux 4-mile run in preparation for Ford Island 10K, at CORP

~27th - MNO, POLE DANCING!!!

Schedule Change

Not sure if you noticed (I didn't!), but there has been a time change for all of you that attend classes up at CORP (Waipio) on Tuesday and Thursday mornings. Class is now beginning at 8:45am. See you all there!
